If you have attended hypnobirthing classes before, this session is a great opportunity to refresh yourselves with the techniques and remove any reservations that you may have leading up to the birth.

FACE-TO-FACE OR ZOOM
The refresher course is usually run privately by the practitioner and is 3 hours in total and includes tuition for yourself and your partner. Some of our practitioners may also run the refresher course as an addition to their regular classes, so you may have the option of attending part of the full group course.

If you are unable to attend ‘Positive Birth Program’ live classes, we have online versions of the courses available to you, and you can combine this with a private session with an expert Practitioner.
Includes:
- Full access to a hypnobubs™ hypnobirthing online course (for natural birth and/or caesarean birth)
- The option to upgrade to a private session with a certified Hypnobubs™ Practitioner (face-to-face or via Skype/Zoom/FaceTime or phone)
