In this lesson I'll explain how I used self-hypnosis to help remove my fears about birth (and pain!).
You know, self-hypnosis is a funny thing. We don’t necessarily know that it is working. But by saturating our subconscious with positive messages about pregnancy and birth, we gradually find that changes start to happen deep within us.
