... (started out to be)I purchased the Hypnobirthing online course on Saturday night in the hope to use my maternity leave wisely by educating and preparing myself for birth.
Had only really watched the introduction .. my waters broke at 1 pm on Monday and I gave birth to my 36week6dayer at 5:55pm.
Thankfully I had downloaded the app and played the first mp3 over and over again from my drive to the hospital all the way through delivery.
